Bridgette Cram

Bridgette is employed with the FIU Office of Academic Planning and Accountability as Coordinator for Institutional Assessment. Her professional interests include increasing student access and success within higher education and developing quality institutional effectiveness plans to improve both administrative and academic units. Academically, Bridgette Cram is a second-year Ph.D. student in the Public Affairs program at Florida International University. Her research interests include gender and empowerment issues, especially as they relate to the equitable delivery and implementation of policies across the United States; as well as social equity and higher education policy. Her dissertation research will focus on the on the vulnerability and resilience of women in the context of disasters.
