Get Connected with Link
Beginning today, active Society members can access the user-friendly site and start networking with members across the nation. There are currently three Society-wide communities available within Link—The Quad, The Study Group, and Forum Readers. There are also a variety of communities available to chapter officers. Additional communities will gradually launch over the next several months.
In addition to joining these communities in Link, you can search for other Phi Kappa Phi members and begin networking using the Member Directory.
Ready to connect? Follow these five simple steps:
- Sign in with the same username and password you use to access your Phi Kappa Phi member account and accept the Community Rules & Etiquette and Privacy Guidelines
- Update your profile by editing your contact details, bio, education and job history
- Customize your privacy preferences via the My Account tab to control what others see on your profile.
- Visit the All Communities page by clicking Communities in the main navigation bar and browse/join the communities you have an interest in.
- Search for other Phi Kappa Phi members and begin networking.
Poetry Submissions Wanted
The Phi Kappa Phi Forum welcomes submissions of original, previously unpublished poetry from active Society members that fits the theme of each edition.
For spring 2016, the theme is change. The submission deadline is Dec. 21, 2015.
Poems will be selected to appear in the print version of the magazine, though others may appear online. Selected poets will receive five free copies of the Forum in which their verse appears. Previous winners must wait one year before entering again.

Apply for a Dissertation Fellowship
The application period for the Dissertation Fellowship Program is now open. Introduced in 2014, the program is designed to support doctoral candidates who are writing their dissertations.
Two Fellowships of $10,000 each are awarded to active members in the dissertation writing stage of doctoral study. Awards are for 12 months of dissertation writing. All pre-dissertation requirements should be met by the application deadline, including approval of the dissertation proposal.
The deadline to apply for a Dissertation Fellowship is November 30, 2015.
